APPLICATION: On average most people will use about 2 grams of cream per application. (2 grams is about 1/2 teaspoon) 2 grams would be equal to about 17mg of CBD. Please try on a small portion of skin to make sure you can handle the strength. Discontinue if irritation occurs. For some people its the perfect amount of heat and for others its too hot. Not recommended for people with thin skin.

ABOUT ARNICA – The Arnica flower and roots have been used to treat bruises, sprains, arthritic pain, and muscle aches. A few studies have shown that topical Arnica applied to affected areas may reduce symptoms of osteoarthritis and heal bruising.
