CBD Gummy Strength Guide: Is 300mg Strong Enough

BD Gummy Strength Guide

When you see a package labeled “CBD gummies 300mg,” that number usually refers to the total amount of CBD in the entire package—not the amount in one gummy.

That distinction matters. A 300mg bottle containing 30 gummies would provide 10mg of CBD per gummy. A single gummy containing 300mg of CBD would be an entirely different and exceptionally concentrated product.

Quiet Monk CBD previously offered a 300mg gummy product, but we discontinued it as we simplified our lineup. This guide explains how CBD gummy strength works, why we made that change and how our current 25mg and 50mg gummies compare.

What Does 300mg Mean on a CBD Gummy Package?

The number displayed prominently on a CBD gummy package generally represents the total CBD in the container.

To calculate the amount in each gummy, divide the total CBD by the number of gummies:

Total CBD ÷ number of gummies = CBD per gummy

For example:

Total CBDGummies in packageCBD per gummy
300mg3010mg
300mg2015mg
300mg1030mg
1,000mg4025mg
1,500mg3050mg

This is why the number on the front of the bottle never tells the complete story. Two products labeled 300mg can provide different amounts per gummy if their package counts are different.

Always check both the total CBD and the amount per individual gummy.

Is 300mg of CBD Strong?

It depends on whether 300mg refers to the entire package or a single gummy.

A 300mg bottle

A bottle containing 300mg total is generally a lower-strength CBD gummy product. Depending on the number of gummies, each piece may contain approximately 10–30mg of CBD.

That can give someone smaller individual servings, but it may also mean consuming multiple gummies if they prefer a larger amount.

A 300mg gummy

A single gummy containing 300mg of CBD would be extremely different from a 300mg bottle. It would contain:

  • Twelve times as much CBD as a 25mg gummy
  • Six times as much CBD as a 50mg gummy
  • The entire contents of a typical 300mg bottle in one piece

Do not assume that “300mg CBD gummies” means 300mg in every gummy. Read the serving information and laboratory report before consuming the product.

Why Quiet Monk Discontinued Its 300mg CBD Gummies

We discontinued our 300mg gummies when we simplified our gummy lineup.

Customers looking for lower amounts frequently needed to consume multiple gummies, which caused bottles to run out quickly. Maintaining several similar products also made it harder to keep every variation moving through production at the same pace.

Our current regular strawberry gummies provide clearly stated amounts in two strengths:

Both products use a vegan, fruit-pectin recipe and are made with broad-spectrum CBD.

We are keeping this 300mg CBD gummy guide available because former customers and other shoppers still need a clear explanation of what those numbers mean.

Comparing 300mg, 1,000mg and 1,500mg CBD Gummies

Quiet Monk 1500mg strawberry CBD gummies

Here is a practical comparison using a common 30-count 300mg product:

Product strengthPackage countCBD per gummyImportant distinction
Example 300mg bottle3010mgLower amount per gummy
Quiet Monk 1,000mg4025mgCurrent lower-strength option
Quiet Monk 1,500mg3050mgCurrent higher-strength option

The difference is not merely the number printed on the bottle. Our 1,000mg package also contains more gummies than the example 300mg bottle and provides 25mg in each one.

Our 1,500mg option provides 50mg in each gummy. It is intended for customers who already know they prefer a higher amount or better value per milligram.

Which Current Option Is Closest to 300mg CBD Gummies?

Our 1,000mg strawberry gummies are the closest current Quiet Monk option because they provide the smaller of our two regular CBD amounts: 25mg per gummy.

However, that does not mean a 25mg gummy is identical to your former 300mg product. The old and new products may contain different amounts per piece.

If your previous gummies contained 10mg each, one current 25mg gummy contains two and a half times that amount. Check the old label if you still have it rather than comparing only the total number on the bottle.

A gummy may be divided to reduce the approximate amount consumed, but CBD may not be distributed with perfect uniformity throughout every piece. Cutting a 25mg gummy in half does not guarantee that each half contains exactly 12.5mg.

Quiet Monk’s Current 25mg CBD Gummies

Our 1,000mg strawberry CBD gummies contain:

  • 25mg of broad-spectrum CBD per gummy
  • 40 gummies per bottle
  • 1,000mg of CBD in the complete bottle
  • Fruit pectin instead of animal gelatin
  • Strawberry extract
  • Beet powder for color
  • Maple syrup and cane sugar
  • Non-detectable THC according to third-party laboratory testing

This is the lower-strength option in our current regular gummy lineup.

Quiet Monk’s Current 50mg CBD Gummies

Our 1,500mg vegan CBD gummies contain:

  • 50mg of broad-spectrum CBD per gummy
  • 30 gummies per bottle
  • 1,500mg of CBD in the complete bottle
  • Fruit pectin instead of animal gelatin
  • Strawberry extract
  • Beet powder instead of carmine
  • Carnauba wax instead of beeswax
  • Non-detectable THC according to third-party laboratory testing

The 50mg option provides twice as much CBD per gummy as the 25mg version. It also provides a lower cost per milligram at the standard single-bottle price.

It is the more concentrated choice, but higher strength is not automatically the right choice for every person.

25mg Versus 50mg CBD Gummies

The better option depends on how much CBD you want in each whole gummy.

Choose the 25mg option if:

  • You want the lower of our two current strengths
  • You prefer making smaller adjustments
  • You are new to CBD gummies
  • You do not want 50mg in one piece

Consider the 50mg option if:

  • You have previous experience using CBD
  • You already know you prefer 50mg
  • You currently consume two 25mg gummies at a time
  • Cost per milligram is an important consideration

There is no universally correct CBD amount. Individual responses can vary, and CBD can interact with medications. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional if you have a medical condition or take medication.

Are 300mg CBD Gummies the Same as 300mg THC Gummies?

No. CBD and THC are different cannabinoids, and the phrase “300mg gummies” can be dangerously unclear when the cannabinoid is not specified.

A package containing 300mg total CBD is not the same as a package containing 300mg THC. CBD is not intoxicating in the same way as THC.

Before consuming any gummy, verify:

  • Whether the package contains CBD, THC or both
  • Whether the milligram amount applies to one gummy or the whole package
  • How many gummies are in the package
  • The suggested serving size
  • What the third-party laboratory report detected

Quiet Monk’s current strawberry gummies are made with broad-spectrum CBD and have non-detectable THC according to third-party laboratory testing. You can review our available certificates of analysis before ordering.

Non-detectable THC does not guarantee that someone will pass every drug test. Testing methods, product batches and individual circumstances can differ.

Broad-Spectrum CBD Versus Full-Spectrum and Isolate

CBD gummies can be made with different forms of hemp extract.

Broad-spectrum CBD

Broad-spectrum extract contains CBD along with other compounds from hemp, while THC is removed to non-detectable levels. Quiet Monk’s regular strawberry gummies use broad-spectrum CBD.

Full-spectrum CBD

Full-spectrum extract can contain CBD, additional hemp compounds and legally permitted amounts of THC. Check the product’s laboratory report if you want to know how much THC was detected.

CBD isolate

CBD isolate is highly purified cannabidiol separated from the other cannabinoids in the original hemp extract.

These terms describe the type of extract. They do not tell you how much CBD is in each gummy, so you still need to read the potency information.

How to Compare CBD Gummy Strengths

Before buying CBD gummies, check these five details:

  1. Total CBD: How much CBD is in the complete package?
  2. CBD per gummy: How much is in each individual piece?
  3. Package count: How many gummies are included?
  4. Type of CBD: Is it broad-spectrum, full-spectrum or isolate?
  5. Laboratory results: Does the measured potency agree with the label?

You can also calculate the product’s cost per milligram:

Product price ÷ total CBD = cost per milligram

Strength and value are related, but they are not the same thing. A lower-priced bottle may cost more per milligram if it contains substantially less CBD.

Frequently Asked Questions About 300mg CBD Gummies

What are CBD gummies 300mg?

CBD gummies labeled 300mg usually contain 300mg of CBD across the complete package. Divide 300mg by the number of gummies to determine the labeled amount per piece.

How much CBD is in each 300mg gummy?

The package count determines the amount per gummy. A 300mg bottle containing 30 gummies would provide 10mg each. A 20-count package would provide 15mg each.

Is 300mg CBD per gummy a lot?

Yes. A single gummy containing 300mg of CBD would be an exceptionally concentrated product. Confirm whether the 300mg applies to one gummy or the entire package before consuming it.

Did Quiet Monk discontinue its 300mg CBD gummies?

Yes. Quiet Monk discontinued the 300mg product while simplifying its lineup. Our current regular strawberry options contain 1,000mg total with 25mg per gummy or 1,500mg total with 50mg per gummy.

What replaced Quiet Monk’s 300mg gummies?

Our 1,000mg strawberry gummies are the lower-strength current option. They contain 25mg of broad-spectrum CBD per gummy and 40 gummies per bottle.

Are 1,000mg gummies automatically stronger to consume?

Not because the bottle says 1,000mg. The amount consumed depends on the CBD per gummy and the number of gummies taken. Quiet Monk’s 1,000mg bottle contains 25mg per gummy.

Can I cut a CBD gummy in half?

You can physically divide a gummy, but the CBD may not be perfectly uniform throughout the piece. Therefore, two halves should not be assumed to contain precisely equal amounts.

Do Quiet Monk CBD gummies contain THC?

Our strawberry gummies are made with broad-spectrum CBD and test at non-detectable levels of THC according to third-party laboratory results. Non-detectable does not mean we can guarantee the outcome of a drug test.

Where can I compare all the current options?

Visit our CBD gummy collection to compare our 25mg, 50mg and melatonin gummy formulas.

Choosing the Right CBD Gummy Strength

The most important number is not always the largest number on the package. Look at the amount of CBD in each gummy, the number of gummies included and the complete laboratory report.

A 300mg CBD gummy package may be appropriate for someone who wants smaller individual pieces, but it can run out quickly. A higher-total bottle can provide more product and better value, while the per-gummy amount tells you what you are actually consuming at one time.

Quiet Monk’s current regular options provide either 25mg or 50mg of broad-spectrum CBD per strawberry gummy. We publish the product details and laboratory reports so you can compare them directly instead of guessing from the front of the bottle.
